Education and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Port Management, ProjectManagement) preferred

Experience Requirements

• Requires a minimum of 5 years in power generation industry.
• Strong writing skills, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to be an independent problem solver
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
• Team player and ability to work with and manage clients and stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Candidates must be self motivated with passion and curiosity for learning and advancing his/her career.
• Exposure toward Renewable Energy/ Green Energy/ Sustainable Energy Technology

Accountability & Responsibility

1. Terminal Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations, including cargo handling, storage, equipment, and personnel deployment.
• Ensure operational readiness, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize terminal processes for efficiency.

2. Planning & Workstream Coordination

• Develop and implement workstream plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operational objectives and project timelines.
• Manage resources, equipment, and manpower allocation.

3. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with port authority regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead incident investigation and reporting.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Engage with internal stakeholders, clients, port authorities, and contractors.
• Provide regular operational updates and address concerns promptly.

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and mentor terminal operations staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement training and development plans.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
