Education and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Logistics, or related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine operations, vessel management, or maritime logistics.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, planning, and operational management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, procurement, and cost optimization for marine operations.
• Strong writing skills, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to be an independent problem solver
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
• Team player and ability to work with and manage clients and stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Candidates must be self motivated with passion and curiosity for learning and advancing his/her career.
• Exposure toward Renewable Energy/ Green Energy/ Sustainable Energy Technology

Accountability & Responsibility

• Ensure vessels are maintained, crewed, and operationally ready; coordinate schedules and port activities.
• Ensure compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and local maritime regulations; maintain safety and emergency response plans.
• Develop marine operational strategies, optimize costs, and identify business growth opportunities.
• Prepare and manage budgets; monitor financial performance and cost savings.
• Lead marine teams, conduct performance management, and implement training and succession plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping companies, port authorities, regulators, and clients.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Prepare operational, financial, and safety reports; monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
