Position Title

Senior Manager (Strategic Investment)
 

Reporting To

Lead (Real Estate Investment)
 

Mission (Sources of Values)

  • To structure and execute investment and corporate finance strategies in unlocking best real estate values and returns.
     

Accountability & Responsibility

Investment

  • Appraisal of investment and financial situations.
  • Perform internal management financial feasibility including cash flow projection and investment analysis.
  • Engage with consultants on valuation, market and feasibility reports.
  • Engage and negotiate with investors and joint-venture partners.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative due diligence on potential investment opportunities with investors, developers, joint-venture partners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Structure investment deals, covering acquisitions, disposals, development projects and joint ventures.
  • Track, monitor and report invested projects periodically.
  • Strategize, plan, structure and implement Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

Corporate Finance

  • Source funding of real estate projects and REV operation.
  • Structure financing deals by investors, commercial banks and capital market.
  • Plan and manage cash flow.
  • All banking matters.

Operational Finance

  • Undergo tax planning, reporting, submission, and payment.
  • Undergo management and statutory financial reporting.
     

KPIs

  • P&L and other financial KPI.
  • Projected investment returns.
  • Issuance of Valuation, Market, and Feasibility Reports.
  • Secured funding and financing.
  • Timely submission of statutory financial reporting.

  • Investment appraisal, analysis and strategy.

Education and Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant field.
  • Master's Degree in Finance, Investment or Real Estate is an added advantage.
  • Professional charter is an added advantage (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc.).
     

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant and demonstrable working experience in Corporate Finance, Investment or Business Advisory.
  • At least 5 years of attachment experience with real estate players (real estate consultants, property investors, developers).
