Education and Knowledge

Bachelors of Engineering/Business Management or relevant field from recognized institute. All qualifications must be recognised by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years experienced in Marketing activities

• This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB or any of its subsidiary.
• Good Health Conditions and ideal BMI
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and willingness to work on-site.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.

Accountability & Responsibility

• Focus on developing appropriate solutions for TNBES's new business in line with TNB's Energy Transition.
• Exploring new technologies that can be adopted and commercialized to meet customer needs.
• Assist both regulated and non-regulated businesses in developing proposals using new solutions.
• Responsible for the strategic needs of the BD department directly and the company in general.
• Initiatives such as SBU migration, business plan preparation, strategic partnerships, new market study and exploration, and so on will be led by this unit
