Position Detail

Basic Salary : RM5,400.00-RM9,200.00

Education and Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Marketing/ Communication/ Engineering or relevant field from recognized institute

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3  years experienced in Marketing

  • This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB or any of its subsidiary.
  • CGPA 3.00 and above. All qualifications must be recognised by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / Engineering Accreditation Council / Engineering Technology Accreditation Council
  • SPM/ SPMV with credits in Bahasa Malaysia / Melayu, English and Mathematics.
  • 40 years old and below on the closing date.
  • Willing to be relocated at any TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd business units.
  • Good Health Conditions and ideal BMI
  • For applicants with scholarship bond, written agreement from sponsor for the release of scholar for employment with TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. is mandatory and to be submitted during the interview session (except from Yayasan Tenaga Nasional).

Accountability & Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain and archive connection with the relevant stakeholders (existing & potential client and government agencies)
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of business plan and project monitoring to ensure that TNBES’s services & products meet company’s performance and business objectives
  • Manage TNBES’s participation in Trade Exhibition/Promotion
  • Manage TNBES corporate event, i.e.: official opening ceremony, visitation by VIPs
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing plan and brand management to ensure that TNBES’s services & products are well marketed and promoted
  • Manage and develop the collaterals and materials for TNBES’s online channels and info kit and other promotional material for marketing purpose
  • Manage the liaison with media agencies and TNB Corporate Communication Division
  • Develop department business development and marketing strategy.
  • Develop customer relationship management for the Company.
