Position Details

Basic Salary : RM3,200.00-RM5,600.00

Education

Bachelor’s degree in landscaping /park and amenities or related field from recognized institute

Other Requirement

• Minimum 1 year working experiences
• Malaysian Citizens
• This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB or any of its subsidiary.
• CGPA 3.00 and above. All qualifications must be recognised by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / Engineering Accreditation Council / Engineering Technology Accreditation Council
• Proven experience in landscape or facilities management
• Prior experience in overseeing teams and managing landscaping projects is highly advantageous.
• 35 years old and below on the closing date.
• Willing to be relocated at any TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd business units.
• Good Health Conditions and does not suffer from any chronic illnesses
• For applicants with scholarship bond, written agreement from sponsor for the release of scholar for employment with TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. is mandatory and to be submitted during the interview session (except from Yayasan Tenaga Nasional).

Accountability & Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the design, development, and execution of landscape projects, including lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and other green areas ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Coordinate with landscape contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects meet design, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage routine landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Supervise the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure water-efficient practices.
• Develop and manage annual landscape maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the health and aesthetics of the landscape and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and sustainability policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to align landscape maintenance with broader facilities services such as cleaning, lighting, and security.
