- To support Property Services Department (PSD) as preferred partner in delivering property services solutions with exceptional customer experience
- To support overall community economic growth and efficiency of TNB businesses
- To lead and oversee the strategic management of our property portfolio to maximize value, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders
- To implement innovative property management practices, optimizing asset performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Accountability & Responsibility
- Optimize performance and value of the property portfolio through effective management, maintenance, and enhancement strategies
- Develop and manage property management budget, including operational expenses, capital expenditures, and revenue forecasts
- Oversee day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenancy management
- Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations related to property management, including health and safety standards

Education and Knowledge
- A bachelor’s degree in property management, business administration or property related fields
- Familiarity with a variety of property concepts, practices and procedures
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in property or a related industry
