Other Requirement

• This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB or any of its subsidiary.
• CGPA 3.00 and above. All qualifications must be recognised by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) 
• Willing to be relocated at any TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd business units.
• Good Health Conditions and does not suffer from any chronic illnesses
• For applicants with scholarship bond, written agreement from sponsor for the release of scholar for employment with TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. is mandatory and to be submitted during the interview session (except from Yayasan Tenaga Nasional).

Accountability & Responsibility

1. Develop proposals for internal projects with TNB

• Craft comprehensive proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Align technical, financial, and operational aspects.
• Conduct research and propose creative solutions for service enhancement and process improvement.

2. Explore business potential within TNB based on technical expertise

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities leveraging existing technical capabilities.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and propose strategies for growth and efficiency.

3.  Assist SBU migration/strategic initiatives from TNB DN

• Support the migration of SBUs and other initiatives from TNB Digital Networks.
• Ensure smooth transitions, coordinate efforts, and assist with data integration to meet operational goals.

4. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance frameworks

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, government policies, and corporate governance standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes, advise on compliance, and develop internal policies to mitigate risks.

5. Execute marketing and promotional activities for business development

• Lead and manage marketing efforts for business development initiatives.
• Plan and execute campaigns, create promotional materials, and engage with external stakeholders to raise awareness.
