Basic Salary : RM5,400-RM9,200

•   Malaysian Citizens
•   This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB, TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. (TNBES) or any of its subsidiary.
•   CGPA 3.00 and above
•   All qualifications must be recognised by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / Engineering Accreditation Council / Engineering Technology Accreditation Council
•   SPM/ SPMV with credits in Bahasa Malaysia / Melayu, English and Mathematics.

•   35 years old and below on the closing date.
•   Willing to be relocated at any TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. (TNBES) business units.
•   Good Health Conditions and ideal BMI
•   For applicants with scholarship bond, written agreement from sponsor for the release of scholar for employment with TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. (TNBES) is mandatory and to be submitted during the interview session (except from Yayasan Tenaga Nasional).

•   Minimum 5 years working experiences

Accountability & Responsibility

• Develop and formulate departmental objectives, strategy plans for short, medium and long term to support business expansion and operational requirement.
• Oversee due diligence and detailed feasibility study for potential projects/investment
• Able to build financial model and business model that bankable for the project
• Able to identify key financial and non-financial risk and advise mitigants for those risks
• Initiate, maintain and archive connection with the relevant stakeholders (existing & potential client, lenders and government agencies)
• Plan and coordinate the execution of business plan and project monitoring to ensure that TNBES’s services & products meet company’s performance and business objectives
• Able to understand legal term for the business proposal and contract.
