Mission (Sources of Values)

Assist architects and engineers in producing design drawings for property products by the Property Services Department that meet end user requirements while being cost-effective and taking into account industry-leading architectural principles.

Accountability & Responsibility

  • Obtain and assemble data to prepare complete architectural designs, based on briefings from architects, engineers, and project managers, includes visiting job sites to compile measurements, and others.
  • Develop detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data using computer-assisted drafting (Autodesk CAD & Revit) equipment and software.
  • Preparing drawings for schematic and tender documentation, including drawing schedules.
  • Develop, organize and update drafting standard operating procedure (SOPs) to monitor and control the quality of produced drawings.
  • Participate, monitor and support Quality, Health and Environmental (QHSE) activities to ensure company’s QHSE objectives and targets are met.

  • On time submission of architectural drawings (number of days delayed)
  • Accuracy score of drawings (as rated by supervisors)
  • Percentage of project drawing using BIM (Revit)
  • Percentage of 3D visualizations using BIM (Revit)

Education and Knowledge

Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a Construction-related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a BIM Modeler using Autodesk CAD & REVIT
  • Professional BIM certification from CIDB is an added advantage
