Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management/ Management

Other Requirements

External Candidates 

•   Malaysian Citizens
•   This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB, TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. (TNBES) or any of its subsidiary.
•   CGPA 3.00 and above
•   All qualifications must be recognised by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / Engineering Accreditation Council / Engineering Technology Accreditation Council
•   SPM/ SPMV with credits in Bahasa Malaysia / Melayu, English and Mathematics.
•   35 years old and below on the closing date.
•   Willing to be relocated at any TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. (TNBES) business units.
•   Good Health Conditions and ideal BMI
•   For applicants with scholarship bond, written agreement from sponsor for the release of scholar for employment with TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. (TNBES) is mandatory and to be submitted during the interview session (except from Yayasan Tenaga Nasional).

•  2 years of working experiences is an added advantage.

Accountability & Responsibility

Recruitment

• Identify the hiring need
• Manage recruitment process in order to identify suitable candidates that fits with TNBES
• Manage the interview session
• Select the candidates that suitable with the position
• Select the candidates that suitable to fill the vacant position
• Offering of employment to the candidates and hiring the candidates.

Staffing, Planning & Development

• Manage manpower needs for TNBES (structure, vacancies, grades/bands, looking beyond the box)
• Identify key leadership positions and talents or succession management
• Manage and monitor promotion exercise
• Manage with GHR on manpower planning (selection and placement)
• Manage manning level and coordinate approval of organization structure for the departments
• Manage organizational structure and related activities for TNBES
• Manage recruitment process in order to identify suitable candidates that fits with TNBES
