Requirement

• Malaysian citizenship
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
• This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB or any of its subsidiary
• Have a Bachelor's Degree from a Government’s Recognized University (Public Service Department (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / Engineering Accreditation Council / Engineering Technology Accreditation Council) with a minimum CGPA 3.00 result in the following areas:-
  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
  • Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor in Civil Engineering
• Must possess excellent relationship skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Must be able to understand business objectives and develop coordinated communications plans and/or initiatives to support those objectives
• Must be an energetic self-starter who possesses leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem solving, planning, and organizational skills along with an attention to detail
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Can be placed in any state throughout Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah & Sarawak
• Can work alone or in a team
